Location: Momentum Tire & Car Care
1040 Lenoir Rhyne Blvd SE, Hickory,NC 28602

This will be a full-time role, 5 days/week, Saturdays (8am-4pm) are required.

Business hours:

Mon - Fri 7:30am - 6pm

Sat 7:30am - 6pm

Closed Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Provide SUPERIOR customer service.
• Answer phones and greet customers.
• Create workorders for incoming vehicles.
• Bill out customers when picking up vehicles.
• Handle cash/credit cards accurately and count down each day.
• Assist office manager with some basic accounting functions.

Requirements:

• Have a consistent, positive and upbeat personality.
• We should hear you smile over the phone.
• Available on Saturdays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand entirety of shift.
• Submit to background check and drug screen.
