What We’re Looking For:

Automotive Technicians of all levels. We are growing the team. We repair all makes and models, anything from oil changes, tires, alignments, AC, brakes, steering/suspension, electrical, scheduled maintenance, engine diagnostics to engine replacements. Your responsibilities would include:

• Perform automotive maintenance based on your skill level, including oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point vehicle inspections and tire installations.
• Identify and complete repairs right the first time.
• Be able to explain mechanical diagnosis and needed repairs to management and/or customers.
• Continuously eager to learn new technical information in order to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Vocational/Technical training or equivalent experience.
• General Service Technician candidates are just getting started in the automotive field with 0-2 years of automotive background.
• Mid to High Level Technician candidates should have 3+ years of experience.
• Business hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-6pm, Sat 7:30am-4pm Saturday availability is a must.

• Focused. Not only do you physically need to be at work, so does your mind. Success is in the details, so focus on the task at hand.

Now Hiring:

Management Trainee / Service Advisor. No automotive experience required…we will train the right candidate! We are growing the team. We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind being hands on in the shop, but who can also answer the phones and provide top notch customer service at the counter. Perhaps you are already in the automotive field looking for growth opportunities or just a better company that values its people. Other successful candidates have had backgrounds in food service, hospitality and other fast paced industries. Here is an idea of what your responsibilities would include:

• Learn the basics of automotive care, including changing oil and tires.
• Identify customer’s needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Provide the highest level of customer service and integrity.
• Learn our state of the art software and be able to process payments.
• Communicate positively and effectively with customers and employees.
• Cross train in multiple locations.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude with an Entrepreneurial Spirit.
• Be adaptable and flexible in this fast paced environment.
• Prior automotive knowledge is preferred, but not required. Will train the right person that is interested in automotive and has aptitude to learn.
• 5 day work week, 45-50 hours/week, Availability Monday-Saturday, Closed Sundays! Business hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-6pm, Sat 7:30am-4pm
• Valid Driver’s License is a must.
